Many of you shared how much you loved the last audio newsletter, so I’ve recorded another one! This time Fai has joined me to share a bit about herself and offer deeper insight into the breathwork journey she’ll be guiding on retreat.

4-Hour Sauna & Breath Retreat

Fai is a trauma-informed breathwork and bodywork guide and she will be holding space with me in the magical setting of The Little Heat Retreat. Together, we aim to create a sanctuary where transformation can unfold.

What to Expect

Your journey will begin in the warmth of the sauna, with skincare treatments and a hydrating probiotic drink to awaken your senses.  After the sauna, with glowing faces, we’ll gather to share a delicious cup of heart-opening cacao to support and ground you. Then,  Fai will guide you through a 75-minute breathwork and meditation journey.  

This a small group setting supported and held within the collective energy of the group.

Fai will support you in using your breath in a continuous, circular flow to gently open your body, release tension, clear emotional blockages, and reconnect with your inner self.  This is a powerful opportunity to tune into your internal world with awareness, to give you space to gain deeper clarity.

A Space for Deep Transformation

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be gently held and supported by both Fai and I.  Fai will jump in the sauna to offer guidance and answer any questions you may have about breathwork. 

We want this to be a rich, full-sensory experience, so music, herbs, essential oils and incense will be used to support your intention setting, energetic cleansing, and creating a sacred sanctuary where true transformation can unfold.

Before you leave, we’ll gather around the fire pit and walk barefoot on the earth to help ground, integrate, and honour your experience. 

To close, we’ll connect with the elements of earth and fire in the quiet magic of the sauna garden.

Retreat Dates

We have created two Sauna & Breath Retreat dates.  If you find that the dates are booked out, please email me, as we will have a waitlist. If there is demand, we will do our best to open up another date.

Sunday 7th September 12 – 4 pm 

Saturday 6th December 2 – 6 pm

What's Included

A probiotic mocktail, restorative sauna with aromatherapy-infused ice balls, skincare treatments, a heart-opening cup of cacao and a 75-minute guided breathwork and meditation session.  We’ll close the retreat by gathering around the fire pit.

About Fai

Fai is a trauma-informed breathwork and bodywork guide with over 26 years of experience in the NHS, spanning both clinical and therapeutic care. With over 450 hours of professional breathwork training, she combines deep body wisdom, scientific knowledge, and intuitive insight.

Her work is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and presence. More than a practice, her approach is a doorway into a new way of being—one breath at a time.

A Heartfelt Thank You

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to this beautiful community.  To each one of you who continues to show up and bring incredible people to the sauna.  It’s through this web of connections that I met Fai, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Fai has the most beautiful energy, and I know this experience will be truly transformative. I’m a big believer in breathwork—I’ve had a few profound breakthroughs in my own healing journey through the same method that Fai uses, of conscious connected breath. 

If you’ve been feeling stuck in any way, breathwork can be incredibly powerful, especially if you have a noisy mind, because it allows your body to release what it’s been holding, while your mind is invited to rest, and I know Fai will gently guide you every step of the way.
