Sauna Bliss

This group price can be split and shared between 2 – 6 people.  Enjoy a two-hour retreat of pure bliss. Let the sauna’s comforting heat melt away your tension while calming music soothes your soul.  Flow from the warmth of the sauna to the refreshing chill of the cold shower, reawakening all your senses. Afterwards, relax with friends in the garden studio for some post-sauna drinks.

Finish with a warm shower and invigorating salt scrub and leave feeling totally rejuvenated and refreshed!
