Celestial Sauna
Moon-aligned gatherings designed to help you soften, reset and unwind in the warmth of the sauna.
Each session is held around the New or Full Moon. During the sauna hour, I share a short reading on the current lunar energies, offering space for reflection alongside heat, steam and good company.

What to Expect
Expect warmth, space to breathe and the company of other like-minded women.
During the sauna hour, I come in with the current astrology chart, sit by the stove and share a short guided reading on the lunar or seasonal energies. The rest of the time is yours – to unwind, reflect, connect or simply enjoy the heat.
Each session is shaped by the moon, the group and the conversations that unfold. You’re welcome to come alone or with a friend. The space is always welcoming.
