Begin by unwinding with a soothing sauna session, and then head to the cosy garden studio for a restorative 20-minute seated acupressure massage. After your massage, you can return to the sauna to soak up some more heat. On the day, you’re welcome to add mocktails, body scrubs and face masks to enhance your experience. This group price can be split and shared between 2 and 6 people and comes with two massages; you can add more at the next stage. This experience lasts 2.5 hours, and I can accommodate four massages.

Seated Acupressure Massage is designed to stimulate and balance the energy flow throughout your body while relieving back, neck, and shoulder tension. After your 20-minute massage, you can head back to the sauna wrapped in the comfort of a robe, which is included in the price.
