Enjoy a few hours at The Little Heat Retreat with Sauna & Serenity, a co-created half-day retreat held in collaboration with Channel Your Serenity. This retreat weaves heat, nature and expert women’s guidance into a deeply held, intimate experience. Through sauna, embodied practices, and personalised support, Sauna & Serenity offers space to soften, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with what matters as we move into summer.
Channel Your Serenity is a holistic coaching service led by Dr Laureen Jacquet, NHS GP specialising in lifestyle medicine, and Lisa Ardley-Price, senior lawyer, award-winning coach and yoga teacher. Together, they blend somatic work, mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, and practical coaching tools to support mind–body connection, stress reduction, and intentional living.
The retreat opens with a welcoming tea, followed by a guided sauna ritual led by Amy, with time to meet with Lisa and Laureen in the studio for optional one-to-one personal support. We then move into gentle yoga, followed by cacao and a guided intention-setting workshop led by Channel Your Serenity.

These short, gentle conversations offer space to explore areas such as stress and burnout, nervous system regulation, health and well-being, boundaries, movement, breathwork, and lifestyle support, guided by their combined expertise.
Following sauna time with ritual and complimentary skin treatment, you will be guided into a gentle Vinyasa flow with Lisa to continue opening the body with ease and awareness. A nourishing heart opening cacao ceremony, led by Amy – creating a grounded receptive space, from here Lisa and Laureen will guide a group intention-setting workshop, helping. you reflect, clarify, and gently set intentions. The retreat closes with space for integration and reflection allowing each women to leave feeling replenished, celebrated and supported.

Lisa Ardley-Price – Coach, Lawyer & Yoga Teacher is a senior lawyer with 15 years of experience in the financial services, an award-winning coach and a recognised leader in wellbeing and gender equity. Lisa is also a fitness coach and yoga teacher who blends movement, breathwork and coaching to help professionals enhance clarity, resilience and performance.
