Seasonal Sauna

The new Seasonal Sauna experience is inspired by the “Wheel of the Year,” a Celtic calendar celebrating eight festivals aligned with Earth’s seasons, lunar phases, and agricultural rhythms.  These sessions are similar to Celestial Sauna but open to everyone.  They last 2 hours and include a sprinkling of ritual magick using one of the four elements: water, earth, fire, or air.  Each Seasonal Sauna will have its own unique ritual, using the Wheel of the Year as a beautiful framework to observe and connect with nature’s cycles.

Whether it’s “new beginnings and inspiration” at Imbolc, “balance and awakening” at the Spring Equinox, or “abundance and celebration” at the Summer Solstice, we’ll be leaning into these energies.

Rituals will always be fun, creative, and optional. You might sit in the sauna with a “Black Moon Lilith” face mask or embrace a full-body exfoliation with an “Aphrodite” body scrub.

After the sauna, you’ll be treated to an alcohol-free cocktail, and everyone is welcome to gather with glowing faces around the fire pit or hang out in the garden studio.
