The Little Heat Retreat has naturally grown to attract a community of women, and the creation of these women-only sauna sessions embraces that dynamic. I’ve purposely aligned all these dates with the moon’s phases so you can bask in full and new moon magic and harness her soothing feminine energy!
You are welcome to come alone or with a friend. You never know; you may inspire others or be inspired, and that’s a beautiful thing!

At The Little Heat Retreat, moon days are sacred opportunities for slowing down, caring for yourself, and tuning in to your inner rhythms. The sauna provides the perfect sanctuary to embrace these practices. Â I hope that these Celestial Sauna Sessions offer you a haven to nurture your mind, body, and spirit while connecting with like-minded women.

These sessions are open to anyone who identifies as female.
