The Little Heat Retreat has naturally grown to attract a community of women, and the creation of these women-only sauna sessions embraces that dynamic. I’ve purposely aligned all these dates with the moon’s phases so you can bask in full and new moon magic and harness her soothing feminine energy!
You are welcome to come alone or with a friend. You never know; you may inspire others or be inspired, and that’s a beautiful thing!

Women are deeply connected to the moon. If you’re familiar with Kirsty Gallagher, Moon Mentor and author of Lunar Living, you’ll know that moon days are meant to be cherished for self-care and self-reflection, and the sauna is the perfect place to embrace these practices. I hope these Celestial Sauna Sessions will allow you a wholesome space to nurture and nourish your mind, body, and spirit whilst connecting with like-minded women who share similar interests.
I’ve opened up dates until June so you can book in advance. If you’d like face masks or body scrubs, message me beforehand, as these are handmade daily.
These sessions are open to anyone who identifies as female.
